• Additional sessions may be purchased by credit card through MINES at discounted rate. The current rate is $40 per session for telephonic therapy/coaching. The rate is $60 per session for face-to-face counseling/coaching; however, the price may vary based on location and therapist availability (Check the price when you call in for additional sessions).


• Family members of employees may also purchase, by credit card, counseling/coaching sessions for the fees above.


• Discounted legal fees. Rates vary based on attorney.

Additional services are available to employers and owners:

• Conflict resolution: This is for two employees or supervisor/employees who have not been able to reconcile their differences through other strategies. $250/hr.


• CISM: These are for debriefing employees on worksite deaths, accidents, loss of employees through an illness such as cancer. $300/hr/team.


• Onsite employee training sessions. Call for pricing


• Online training sessions. Price varies. Call for pricing.


• Wellness program. Varies based on project size, scope. Call for pricing.


• Work performance interventions. Cost is $45 per 15 minutes, charged to your credit card. Paid for by employer and cannot be used in conjunction with existing individual counseling benefits.


• Management consultation on work performance issues. Cost is $45 per 15 minutes, charged to your credit card.


• Organizational development. Varies based on project size, scope. Call for pricing.


• MINES Monthly Training Series. Cost is $30 per person. (Denver metro area only) You will receive the calendar of training topics and times in your Employer Tool Box once your account is activated. You may send as many people as you would like at the $30.00 per person price. The number of slots available for each training is limited and is filled on a first call for reservations, first served basis. Your credit card will be charged for all those registered whether they attend or not.
