SBA Program Additional Services for Employees:

• Additional sessions may be purchased by credit card through MINES at a discounted rate. The current rate is $40 per session for telephonic therapy/coaching. The rate is $60 per session for face-to-face counseling/coaching; however, the price may vary based on location and therapist availability (Check the price when you call in for additional sessions).


• Family members of employees may also purchase, by credit card, counseling/coaching sessions for the fees above.


• Discounted legal fees. Rates vary based on attorney.

SBE and SBA Additional Services for Employers and Owners:

• Conflict Resolution: For two employees or supervisor/employees who have not been able to reconcile their differences through other strategies. $250/hr.
• Critical Incidence Stress Management: CISM is divided into two categories:
  • On-Scene Support - When a critical incident is so distressing that employees and managers begin to react immediately, the CISM team (one to two clinical persons per team) may need to go immediately to the scene. This intervention is considered to be "emotional first-aid." This is billed at a separate cost of $275 per hour.
  • Process Groups - This is an informational support group used for discussion of feelings and reactions in relation to the incident. Coping strategies are provided. Training hours may be used for these groups or they can be billed at a rate of $175 per hour.
• Work Performance Interventions: Cost is $45 per 15 minutes. Paid for by employer and cannot be used in conjunction with existing individual counseling benefits.
• Management Consultation: on work performance issues. Cost is $45 per 15 minutes, charged to your credit card.
• Organizational Psychology Services: Organizational development and/or team building interventions and training are available on a fee-for-service basis. Breakthrough projects are available on a contract fee basis.
