Individual employees are eligible to receive one free face-to-face consultation, coaching or counseling session per year or three telephone consultation/coaching sessions per year. Additional face-to-face or telephonic sessions at a discounted rate can be purchased by credit card (price varies by location, call 800.873.7138 for specific fees).

Family members can purchase discounted sessions as well. Family members are not eligible for the free sessions, only employees.
