The Employer Tool Box contains information on relevant policies, referral
processes, training videos and critical incident response (CISM).
The Training and Educational Programs area contains
listings of currently offered trainings and workshops offered by MINES. Trainings are
individually tailored to meet the needs of any particular work group.
Newsletters: Mines publishes an informational electronic newsletter
for client organizations addressing issues such as parenting, organizational change,
elder care, self-directed work teams, wellness, etc. MINES also publishes
an electronic "Leadership Newsletter" on a quarterly basis, providing information about supervision,
communication within organizations, conflict management, mediation and violence.
The Organizational Development area contains an overview
of the ongoing processes employed to assist organizations in their dynamic response
to contemporary business trends.
