Licensed providers include psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, professional counselors, marriage & family therapists, psychiatric nurses and certified addictions counselors.

Providers submit treatment plans based on measurable, obtainable goals.

Intensive Outpatient Programs

MINES contracts with facilities that provide intensive outpatient programs for alcohol and substance abuse. In this way, the employee can continue working and stay connected with support systems. Rates are based on a full year of treatment.

Full Continuum of Care

Criteria have been established for all levels of care: outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, and inpatient based on clinical need.

Cost Per Episode Management

Overall cost effectiveness is determined by total cost per episode of treatment rather than on an hourly or session fee.

Discounted Fees

Providers sign contracts for predetermined rates. MINES provides the PPO as a service to its client organizations at no additional cost if MINES' network is used. Stand alone PPO services are available at separate rates.
