Daniél C. Kimlinger, PhD, MHA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP 
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Daniél (Dani) Kimlinger is the Chief Executive Officer of MINES and Associates. Dani has a background in human resources and organizational psychology and leadership. She is also highly involved in the community volunteering where she sits on numerous non-profit and professional boards. In 2021, Dani was recognized as a Titan 100 CEO in Colorado.
Dani has her undergraduate in Psychology and Sociology and a Master of Health Administration (MHA). She completed her Ph.D. in the school of Business Psychology in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In addition, she has a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. Dani is passionate about people, reading, running, animals, weightlifting, and the outdoors engaging in backpacking, hiking, snowboarding, trail running, and camping.

Chairman & Chief Psychology Officer
Robert A. Mines, Ph.D. is Chairman and Chief Psychology officer at MINES & Associates (MINES), an international business psychology firm he founded in 1981. MINES provides health and organizational psychology services, including managed behavioral health care, EAP, a national PPO, onsite clinic behavioral health services and an array of specialty psychology services.
He is a former professor of Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver. He has received numerous awards over his career including Member of the Year from the Employee Assistance Professional Association. He has contributed to the body of knowledge through many peer reviewed articles. Bob has been an invited speaker at international, national, and state events and conferences. Bob earned a Ph.D. in counseling from the University of Iowa, an MA in counseling from Creighton University and a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Creighton University. He is a licensed psychologist in Colorado. Bob is most proud of the firm’s ability to help hundreds of thousands of people improve their lives and of the lives the firm has saved.
